Two great releases to check out today :)

Hope you don’t mind me breaking form, but I’m sure you’ve heard, it’s Bandcamp Friday! And Mendel has two things to check out today. I’m so proud to share both.
If you don’t know, Bandcamp Friday means Bandcamp dot com waives their fees. So any money you spend supporting artists goes directly to them. Sounds small, but it really is a big deal. If you have a few spare dollars laying around, consider supporting Mendel, and more importantly, the amazing artists who made these releases possible.
The first is Good Faith from Hudson Freeman.
Officially being released next Wednesday, you can get hear it here early! I think this one will blow you away. It’s full of gorgeous sounds, stunning intricacies, and erupts into something massive and unforgettable. Not to mention Hudson’s moving songwriting. I just don’t think there’s a hell, man / At least besides the one we keep. The final single before his record drops at the end of the month. So excited to share it.
Second, we’ve got the covers from last month’s Two by Two show.
Each artist delivered such beautiful takes on their stage-mate’s songs. A joy to witness and now a bigger joy to share. These live performances are so special to me, the little moments like Maddee’s spontaneous harmonies during HUNJIYA’s cover, the ‘woo!’ during Maddee’s performance too. Really glad to capture the moment and hold on to the night through these songs.
