Intergalactic heartfelt indie music that feels entirely novel to me. I can’t articulate it, but this just feels like the kind of music a power ranger would make if they were cool as hell?? It’s so otherworldly and dark but still so warm and mesmerizing. There’s a combat-ness (?) to the sharp stings of the guitar. His vocals sound amazing on this one, as they have on all these recent releases, shaping up to be a special project.

Much like his partner in crime, Dijon, he delivers a live version that is so much more raw - the life and imperfections oozing out. There’s a gravel in his voice, a strain to really get these words out and it’s beautiful. The song lasers out to space, the visuals feeling surreal and eerie and fucking cool as hell. Cannot get enough of this song.
